A new shop and restaurant for Sir Terence Conran.

A retained 19th century terracotta facade and an adjacent 6 metre strip of structure have been cleaned and refurbished to house a Restaurant.
Behind this strip, the existing sheds and workshops were demolished for the construction of the four storey Conran Shop.
Exposed precast concrete barrel vault slab units, of exceptional quality, are supported on insitu concrete beams and columns cast to a high quality finish and exposed to view throughout the building.
A high standard of detailing has also been incorporated into exposed hollow section steelwork at roof level and to the central feature staircase and lift structures.
